看到这封邮件,我感到很失望,我们的工作是尽力解决问题,而不是把责任推来推去,你们的客户只是提供了一份技术参数,这份技术参数,我们很早已经确认可以满足,但是现在国外提出的问题“ if “aluminium tape” is FOIL or ARMORED”我认为双方认识上有所差异,希望国外能对此进一步描述,但是迟迟得不到答复.

Saw this mail,I feel am very disappointed,our work solves the problem with every effort,but is not the responsibility shove around,your customer has only provided a technical parameter,this technical parameter,we very early already confirmed may satisfy,but the present overseas proposed the question “if “aluminium tape” is FOIL or ARMORED” I think both sides to know that on has a difference,hoped that overseas can further describe regarding this,but cannot obtain the answer slowly.
