In recent years, there has been an explosive growth worldwide of mobile payment transactions, which is part of the mobile e-commerce. However, from a developing perspective, mobile payment is a completely new industry so far, and is still in its ealy stages of development; the majority of consumers have yet to accept and use this new type of service. using college students as research object, this passage explores the willingness of college students to use the mobile payment service and the bottleneck in the promotion of such service among college students through literature study and empirical research. In correspondence to the results, appropriate measures are proposed in this passage as well. This study not only further improves and expands the technology acceptance theory, but also has certain practical significance for the current development of mobile payment.
