我国的民营企业经过几十年的发展壮大,在国民经济中占据了重要地位.但据原国家经贸委统计,约有80％的中小企业存在贷款难和融资难的问题,融资渠道不畅,金融制度不健全以及融资环境差等原因成为困扰民营企业发展的重要制约因素.不解决民营企业融资难题,其发展就陷于瓶颈难以突破,关于全面实现小康的目标就不可能实现,因此研究解决民营企业融资问题的对策,有极其重要的现实意义.本文主要从金丰矿冶有限公司出发,采用实证分析法先分析其资金构成情况,由此再挖掘出导致金丰矿冶有限公司融资难的问题：内源融资力不从心、外源融资一厢情愿、金融市场体系不健全三个方面,最后再分别从企业、银行、政府三个角度提出了解决“融资难”问题的对策.

Not enough financing channels,unhealthy finance system and bad financing environment have become the most important constraints of the development of private-owned enterprises.
不解决民营企业融资难题,其发展就陷于瓶颈难以突破,关于全面实现小康的目标就不可能实现,因此研究解决民营企业融资问题的对策,有极其重要的现实意义.
If the financing difficulty cannot be smoothed away,not only the development of private-owned enterprises cannot break through its bottle-neck,but also the whole society cannot meet the objective of common richness.So it is of great importance to study and solve the countermeasure of financing of private-owned enterprises.
