Since China entered to WTO in 2001,because of the reformation of the automobile industry especially foreign companies landing in the China market,the loss of man power has become a serious problem.It's difficult for the group managers to solve this probelm.This paper pronounced the reason that man power losing in the automobile industry and the solutions to it.It concluded with the practical issues and discussed the reasons of management of human resource that caused man power losing in the automobile industry.It came up with the procedures and solutions to the problem and built up scientific salary system,profit evaluation and training system.The achievements of this paper can provide the theoretical proves for automobile industry.and pointed out the factors of losing the man power in the management of human resource in many aspects.It can provide some new managing methods for management of human resource in automobile industry.
