应该用wasn't,其实后面部分做了一些省略,完整的情况是...but my cousin wasn't (the same).
用didn't 看似符合前后一致,但是看看I almost made no troubles这部分,那 I 到底是惹麻烦了还是没有呢?有意思的地方就是这句中的almost,表示不是全部,所以不能直接否定.这句话用didn't 来否定的话,I didn't almost made no troubles 这句话根本就没有意思,对吧.所以这种情况下,英语就用一种比较聪明的方法来否定,也就是my cousin wasn't (the same).
