In recent years,China's total (foreign exchange reserves) continued to grow.In the living environment of economic globalization and the international world economic crisis of 2008 the recovery period,the level of China's GDP has maintained a rapid (growth) trend.In 2008,national foreign exchange reserves increased 417.8 billion U.S.dollars,end of 2009 China's total foreign exchange reserves is nearly 33 times in 1995.However,while the negative impact of depreciation of the dollar and the increasing pressure of RMB appreciation,people more and more concern for the foreign exchange reserves.Based on this,the author start from the high point of the (negative effect)of foreign exchange reserves,how good of our management and operation of the huge (foreign exchange reserves).
