Staying up for the whole night and surfing the internet have became a popular trend for teenagers.There are lots of live examples in my schoolmates.I strongly oppose that you give up your sleepness in order to surf the Internet or to play cumputer games.The sacrifice of sleepness will do a lot of harm to you health,and in addition you will waste the time the next day.What is more,these days people are paying less attentions on sleepness out of all kinds of reasons.So here I want to warn everyone that sleepness is as important as water in our life.And I call on eveyone to mind your sleepness and enjoy a blance life.
