1.object to是固定短语,不可省略to,所以D不可以,短语意思是：反对.后面接动词ing.2.这里其实是过去分词作伴随状语.有一个结构是：be convinced that...,意思是：相信什么.当convince作伴随状语的时候要省略BE动词,和return没有关系.return后面要加to然后再加地点名词,如果是here或者there这些地点副词就不用加to了.
