The Court might declare unconstitutional all laws that a majority of its members would not have voted for.这句话能不能看做declare带的宾语all laws ,宾补unconstitutional.that a majority of its members would not have voted for是all laws的定语从句,但由于all laws that a majority of its members would not have voted for过长而又不能分开,所以把宾补unconstitutional提前放在宾语之前,不知我这种理解对吗?如果不对请高手从语法角度分析一下这句话的结构.

英语里经常有类似这样的语序调整,就是为了不拆散一个意思完整的意群.如果拆开说就更不知所云了.具体的例子我现在想不起来了,但是确实见到过很多,楼主的解释没错.
