Dear Madam and sir:
I'm a mechanical college student,my live a room in school which is share with another student.I want to apply for a new room next semester,because I haven't enought quiet time to study,owing to many his friends visiting him in room,constantly,and alway holding nosie parties,let alone do some curriculum design and paper.Although I have tried communicating with him in many times,found everthing was in vain.I'm sure you will understand that only solution for me is to move into another room of my own.I'll be gratitude if you approve my application ,preferably in which it is a single room and is not in the same building as near to the campus as possibile.
