随着政治、经济的飞速发展,各个国家之间的沟通交流变得愈加频繁.英语作为国际通用语,其重要性愈来愈突出,学习英语不仅要学习语言,还应当学习语言背后的文化.不同国家间的交际,实质上是两个不同文化背景国家间文化的交流.为了实现真正的跨文化交际,首要的任务就是了解文化差异.文化差异是跨文化交际的首要障碍,中西文化差异甚大,因此忽视文化教育的英语教学极有可能会造成交际失误.语言与文化的密切联系以及当今社会对跨文化交际能力的不断注重,必然要求把文化教学同英语教学紧密的结合起来,语言是文化是载体,因此语言教学也的文化教学.本文概述了跨文化交际定义与发展现状,并以文化差异为切入点,阐述了文化教学的重要性与迫切性,以及文化差异在英语教学中造成的影响、英语教学中应遵循的原则和正确的文化导入方式,以期给广大英语教师提供进行文化教学的参考,积极开阔学生的文化视野,提升文化教学的质量,并提高学生跨文化交际能力.

As the increasingly rapid development of the politics and economy, communication between different countries has become frequent. English lauguage, as the international lauguage, has been playing an increasingly important role. Learning English is not only just by learning the language, but also by understanding the culture behind the language. In fact, the communication among different countries is the culture exchage amony them.In order to carry out the ture muti-national culture communication, the first task is to understand the culture differences. In detail, the culture differences is the biggiest barrier of intercultural communication. As the big gap between easten and westen cultures, ignoration of culture education will possibleiy result in communication failure. Languages and cultures have been close associated with each other and the society at present has been paying more and more attention to intercultural communicaion, which require the English language education should be combined with culture education. Language education is ,to some extent, culture education becuase of the fact that language is the carrior of culture. Based on the analysis of culture diference, this text has described the definition of intercultural communication and its development situation, explaining the importance and urgency of culture education, the impact caused by culture difference on English education, regulation and correct culture input method for English education, in order to support English teachers a culture education reference, opening students' culture mind, improving the education quality and increase the intercultural communication capabiliity of students.
