答：这是考查从句的省略.
as though=as if,好象.似的,是真不真都可能,如用从句,可以是as though(if) she would go (/were to go) out of teh office（这里无法表现出过去情况的假设,我认为就是一般过去将来时的表达）,当从句中有与主句相同的主语且有be动词时,就可以省略主语（she) +be (were),结果就只剩下 to go ...了.所以as though to go ...= as though she were to go .(这就表达了虚拟语气,否则用was,)= as though she would go .(无法表达虚拟语气）.
译:Christie 愤怒地盯着她的老板然后转身,好象要走出办公室的似的.
评：其实用glare at 就可以表达stare angrily at
