为什么还有这种写法：'80s?我看到的有 late'80s、mid-'80s、early'80s
还比如我网上找到的文章：

难道表示年代 '80s 才是正规的写法吗?正规的文章中都要在前边加个 '

数字构成复数时原则上在词尾 -’s：
若不至于发生混淆,也可只加词尾 s.如：
He was born in the 1980(’)s. 他出生在20世纪80年代.
