Dear Miss Green

    I’m Li Xia a Senior 3 student. I have learned you are recruiting actors for the English drama for this New Year’s Day. So I’m writing to apply for one of the roles in the drama. I like performing very much and it’s my dream to become an actor. When I was a little child I liked to  act in front of others such as singing dancing and telling jokes. Besides this I was a member of my Junior Middle School’s drama club and acted in several dramas receiving praise for my performance from teachers and classmates.

 I hope I can play a part in the English drama and I would appreciate it if you could give me this chance. And I’m sure I am qualified for a part.
