Here is a very important and difficult issue that I need to consult with you. Though this island belongs to us, If we have the absolute right to use this island including many relevant problems such as water and soil conservation, forest and water resources,environmental protection ?Could we plan our construction on the island only the relevent rules have been passed through the government's assessment, application and permission?Has our island been listed as any kind of environmental conservation?

If so, we may have to discuss each item and make sure the feasible and impractical projects are listed.Thank you very much for your preliminary reply and advice.
