A test of spoken English will be includ as an optional component of the College English Test.
Mangy people agree to this .they think oral communication is a very important part in English learning.If one can understandwhat foreigners say,but can't open his mouth and express himself in English,he seems to be dumb.
However,other people don't think so.They will say that oral English is not so necessary because it is nearly impossible for mang people to talk with foreigners face to face.
As far as I'm comcerned,I agree to the first viewpoint.With our society developing more and more quickly,people will have more chance to study abroad or to work with foreigners,and then ,communication in English is very essential.Therefore,I've made up my mind to learn English well,and speak English fluently.

许多人都很赞成这一做法,他们认为口语交流时英语学习中一个重要的组成部分.如果一个人仅能知道外国人说的是什么,却不能表达出自己的观点看法,那他就好像是一个哑巴一样.
但是,也有人持不同的观点.他们认为口语并没有那么重要,因为好多人并没有机会去和外国人面对面的交流.
就我个人看来,我比较赞成第一种观点.随着我们社会发展的越来越快.人们也有了越来越多的机会去国外学习,或者同外国人一起工作.进而口语就显得十分必要了.因此,我已经下定决心在把英语学好的同时,也能说一口流利的口语.
