On China's Environmental Information Disclosure Legal System
Environmental information disclosure system as a new,effective environmental management system,in line with the current environment the information age,environmental characteristics of the times the rule of law,but also to sustainable development and public participation in environmental protection inherent requirement.This paper discusses the environment of the legal basis for public information,and highlights the Environmental Protection Agency announced the "open approach to environmental information (implement)" in China's Environmental Information Disclosure Legal System.
