1.Production price shall be determined in principle by Party B through negotiation between both parties on the basis of quotation and related documents offered by Party A.Alterations in price due to the occurrence of factors causing price alterations shall be subject to negotiation between both parties.
2.In principle,the parties shall set the price of the products,through their consultations,based on the written estimation submitted by Toyota to Shenayang and other related documents.The parties may change this price through their mutual consultation in the case that there is a need to make such change due to the price fluctuation of the products.
