In 220B.C,it had been two years since the First Emperor of Qin unified the whole country.This year,Qin went to sacrifice the Sun,for the emperor of Qin was told that the Colored Stone Spotted could keep the country settled.As for the Colored Stone Spotted,it was a remaining ansab of Nu Wa Sky.At that time,the First Emperor led a big army,moving forward the place where the Colored Stone Spotted settled.They walking along the specified way.After reaching there,they made religious service.When Qin went back to the court,everything was really going best and the whole country was in peace.The First Emperor was very happy,so he commanded officials to write poems.Just at that moment,a magician,Xu Fu,who failed to be enlighted,wrote down the poem,DEFENCE OF THE BIG ARMY,SUCCESS OF THE FIRST EMPEROR.But it was a pity that the First Emperor didn't think highly of this poem,neither did the other officials.It was eloquentless,after all!But the seasides beside the Colored Stone Spotted called Horse Way from then.Actually,the source of the name Horse Way has two reasons.One is that it was ever a way of Qin's army passed.The other is that the way of East-Defence passed by it.Until Yuan Dynasty,the famous writer,Kun Han-Ching,keeped his insight-he created the phrase,Horses Lead To Success from the allusion,Qin made religious service for the stone.And he mentioned the phrase the first time in his opus,Feast Of Five Nobilities.
