Let's look at this another way.I don't know where you acquired the 3d model but most EULA from 3d model makers grant you the copyright on the renders you create with their models but not on the models them selves.If you've created the texture map yourself,it's yours.There are tons of images here on DT that are renders of models that have been made by someone other than the artist.DigitalStudios is one such artist.So I'd say no,what you are doing is not infringement.

I think its a complicated matter.
If I make a compostion of a Monet garden and a Rembrandt face in the first plane,I think I will have copyright issues to sell this thing.
But then you are doing 3D renderizations,...,I dont really know.
The best would be to ask support for DT admins,they will know exactly what you can or cant do.
Than post it here so that everybody would know.
