摘要:绿色食品是一颇为符合我国国情的事物,自1990年5月15日正式在中国出现以来,遵循着可持续发展原则的绿色食品逐步成为了安全、优质、营养食品的代名词.但在这16年的发展历程中,绿色食品行业却也积攒了很多问题,进而阻碍了其继续顺利发展.本文首先阐述了绿色食品的定义及其与无公害食品、有机食品的区别.接着以消费者行为为研究出发点,辅以简单的问卷调查,将绿色食品行业的现存问题分为"消费者买不到"、"消费者不想购买"以及"消费者不敢购买"三个方面来论述并析因.最后,再相应提出解决这些问题可以采取的对策.

Abstract :This is a fairly consistent with the national conditions of China Green Food things,Since May 15,1990 officially in China,observe the principle of sustainable development and green food has gradually become a safe,high-quality,nutritious food.'' But in the course of development over the past 16 years,green food industry has also saved a lot of problems,thereby hampering the smooth development of its continued.This paper first describes the definition of green food and pollution-free food,organic food distinction.Then starting point for the study of consumer behavior,to be complemented by a simple questionnaire survey The green food industry will be divided into the existing problems,"consumers buy." "The consumer is not buying" and "consumers not to buy" discussed and analyzed for three aspects.Finally,the corresponding measures can be taken to solve these problems.
