好处：1.降低对化石燃料的依赖,缓解能源危机；
2.核燃料费用低,核电厂运行的费用低；
3.不排放二氧化碳,不会导致地球升温.
弊端：1.核废料很难妥善处理；
2.建造核电厂投资大；
3.万一发生事故,大量的放射性物质释放后会对生态环境及民众造成危害.

Nuclear power:gift from heaven,or hell?
A recent earthquake stroke eastern Japan coast,which caused a chain-reaction of tsunami and a crisis of nuclear power plants,has arosen the attentions from all of the world on the nuclear power.
The advantages are obvious:the high level if construction which makes nuclear plants are the most constant and the safest energy;also,the cost of both building and daily use of a nuclear plant is much lower than buliding a dam.
But the disadvantages comes.Once a nuclear plant breaks down and releases the radioative rays,the aftermath will be a completely disaster,for the nuclear leckage and the radiation can make plants and animals become abnormal and seriously ill.It also takes at least 100 years to rebuild the eco-system in the radiated area.On the other hand,it's a tough problem for scientists to deal with the nuclear wastes.
For now,we have to take the nuclear power seriously than ever before,and regulate the nuclear power as well as treat it as a future energy.
