对于此次货物本身质量以及运输所造成破损,我感到很抱歉.
我仔细的查看了你的图片,暴露了许多质量问题.
1.这批货用的是回料PP管,管子容易爆碎,在后面的订单中我会使用尼龙管,但是价格会贵一点点.
2..货物在运输过程中受到挤压导致产品变形这个是我们包装方式的问题,以后的订单中我们在包装的时候会在箱子内放入海绵来减少暴力运输给货物带来的损害.同时希望你能在我们这购买整柜的货物,这样在装箱的时候,我们的工人会很好的把货物堆好.
3.如果你决定还在我们这订货,我会更改我们的盖头.
4.生锈可能是我们电镀的不行,铁柄所处的空间湿度太大.我们会更改我们的电镀厂来做出更优质的产品.
不管什么原因,我都对此次的质量问题感到抱歉.

I feel very sorry for destruction caused by the goods'quality and vehicle ploblems.
i discovered many quality problems after i see to your picture closely.
1、The goods is made of reclaimed pp tube,which is fragile.In the following contract we will adopt nelon tube ,which costs a little higher.
2、The products got informed for being squeezed during the transport process,it dued to our packing problems.From now on we will add some sponge in to reduce the damage to the goods .And we hope you can purchase the whole ark of goods,so our workers can pile them up better.
3、If you determined to go on ordering our goods,we will update our flaps.
4、 Rusty may result from the limitation of our electroplating,The space the hand spikes are in is of high humidity.We will promote the lever of our electroplating to produce goods of hither quality.
I 'm feeling greatly sorry for the quality problems caused by no matter what reason.
