Dear Mike

     I have received your email and I am sorry to learn that you are having difficulty with your Chinese listening and speaking. Now I would like to give you some advice on how to improve it. 

    Here are a few suggestions. Firstly it’s a good idea to watch TV programs in Chinese through which you can improve your listening. Besides why not learn and sing Chinese songs? You’ll learn and remember Chinese words more easily. Lastly speak Chinese more both in and out of class. Try your best to communicate with your classmates in Chinese. I think the more you speak the better your Chinese will be. I’m sure you will make great progress soon.
