I think car buying should not be banned in order to improve the environmental pollution and traffic.With the improvement of the people living level,more and more people would like to buy cars.Buying cars is also the signs of identification improvement.It can also promote our country's economic development and increase our need .so it is not proper to ban car buying.
Of course everything has its two sides .Car buying can bring the traffic pollution.It needs our goventment to make the related policy to solve the problem.We can not open the windows just because opening windows can bring the dirty air or flies into the rooms.We need fresh air .
So I think we can not ban the car buying.
