Now our school damand that we should run instead of doing exercises during the break.To this regulation,different people have different opinions.Some agree and they think it is a good way to take exercise.After running they will have a fresh brain and can work more efficiently.Besedes,running can make them relaxed so they think running during break can not only build up their body but can also fresh their minds.However,some disagree and they think it is no use running for a while during break.And they think it is a waste of time running during the break.What's worse,they think they may catch cold when running.They think only by spending more time on their study can they get good grades.
In my opinion,we should take exercise properly.When we get tired,we can do some sports to relax ourselves.
