Excuse me! I am the customer manager of XXX Company. I would like to express to you my deepest apology on behalf of my company for our operator who didn’t communicate the packing requirements with the customers in time for the sake of negligence which caused that the goods couldn’t be hitted tray before the shipment date of the warehouse. The operator has been dismissed as soon as we know what happened.
