急救翻译合同一条款~~~时间紧急·~跪谢·~加重赏
No party shall be liable to any other party, whether arising under
contract, tort (including negligence), Strict Liability or otherwise for loss of
anticipated profits or consequential loss or consequential damage of any
nature arising at any time from any cause whatsoever. This clause shall apply
notwithstanding any provision under this contract.
