这里不能用 will you not fail,应该说：Only in this way, you will not fail.
助动词提前的话一般用 succeed （成功）代替 not fail （不失败）：
Only if you do it this way,will you be able to succeed. = 只有通过这种方式,你才会成功.
"won't you fail" 根本不能用.
英语倒装句一般用 only if + do 或 only by + doing：
Only if you do it this way, you will not fail. （= You won't fail only if you do it this way.）
Only by doing (it) this way, you will not fail. （=You can make it （口语,成功的意思） only by doing it this way.）地道口语常常用 can 表达成功的可能更高：
= If you only do it this way, you can't fail. 只有你这样做,你才不会失败.
= You can't fail if you do it this way. 都有 If you don't do it this way, you might fail 的含义）
跟上面句子意思一样还有非常口语的：
Do it this way and you can't fail. （或者 you can't go wrong）
跟汉语的 "只有通过这种方式,你才不会失败" 一样是强调 "才不会失败".
