“外边的（国外的吧…）学生因为没有作业会非常轻松”（前半句）,后边举可能是“即使我有作业我也不做”（不太明白）
relax是动词,因为是说Students非常轻松,这里是形容词,所以要用relaxed（不用解释为什么不是relaxing了吧…）
