We found that there're great differences between B/L quantity and actual received quanity after the discharge of of cargo yesterday.Please anwer to the following questions and inform how to solve them so that similar things could be avoided subsequently.
1.It's reported that the loading quanity in load port is smaller than that of B/L.Why not to issue the B/L as per actual loading quantity?
2.The normal butanol is shipped partially.Could you please provide quantity details of the other lot?How to make up our losses?
3.Similar problems have occured several times.What about your comments and measures?
