The company will recognize commissions for all the new customers provided,managed and presented by through the EMA for every transaction-purchase of hardware and accessories the customers can do buying directly to the company
Neither party has the right to disclose them in full or in part t third parties without the prior written consent of the other party.
This agreement is valid as from the date of its signaureby both parties and will remain valid for a period of one year after which period it will be confirmedby party for a further one-year period.This procedureshall apply on roll-over basis until and unless one of the party decide to cancel it by writing letter and/or email to the other in a term f 30running days prior to finalisation of the year validity period.
