Nowadays students especially junior students are under all kinds of pressures because of their school works,and this also caused some heath problem.Such as become more easily to catch a cold and often feel tired and lack of vitamin in their bodies.So what can we do in order to stay healthy,in my opinion,get exerce is important,take part in some activities like running swimming and some ball games.Also eat meat as well as vegetables to keep in a balanced diet.Only in these way can junior students have a good body.
