All labours and all engineers and staff related to the subject of this contract is on the account of the second party and will be responsible for all visas , accommodation , and other facilities such as insurance, safety inductions, etc. as required by the local authorities. Article 10. The first party has to appoint an engineer or a representative to approve and receive the constructed word according to the schedule of work mentioned above without any delay accordingly the second party statement of account to be effected within five (5) days. Article 11. The second party abide his responsibility for the prices during the contract period . For any variations or additional work to the exiting drawings as approved by the first party in Appendix 2, the prices will be following as up to date of the variation order. Article 12.
