I was thrilled with your staff and the way they bent over backwards to assist me.
The chef in the Nice Café makes a great “America Style” omelet.The “oatmeal” porridge was smooth without lumps.I was pleased with the taste and presentation of the bananas and watermelon.The high quality bacon was cooked completely as most American prefer it.The staff was very solicitous in offering me green tea and clearing the table as soon as the plates/glasses were empty as expected by Americans.I am not sure that all Americans like using a serving spoon for their cereal.You might want to consider purchasing some teaspoons for those who like to eat smaller portions at a time.I liked the larger spoons but I am probably in the minority.
I liked the table marker system and it worked well for me after the first day.I especially thank you for having a no smoking area in the Nice Cafe.In the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex,where I live with almost 4.5 million others,virtually all restaurants and bars are now No Smoking.
The laundry hamper was a new idea for me and it certainly helped me stay organized.The soft pillow in the chair was very nice.
I slept soundly due to an excellent bed,pillow,linens and the quietness of my cool room.
I did use the laundry service and the method and clean clothes are much appreciated.
The staff assisted me in getting a converter plug,opening my room when I left a door card in the power slot,providing me with 9 pieces of letterhead stationery and a rubber band.The concierges and porters were extremely helpful and greeted me at every entry and exit.The housekeeping staff were flawless.(room 829 for the last few days.
The internet and Ethernet connection was extremely helpful as I had many hours of interconnected work that I needed to perform.
I do not know how to voice my appreciation for your help in choosing the high mountain fire tea from the family business in the market.Your personnel attention to me was extraordinary.
I will do what I can to encourage others to stay at Great City Hotel when we are in Shenzhen.
