Title:Senior Customer Service Officer
Report to :Customer Service Manager ( Training,policy,system)
Job Responsibilities:
· Identify training needs of various business units (ICOE China Team,IBO and sales channels) in the operation model and design the training curriculum
· In charge of the design of training materials and production
· Liaison with ICOE,IBO and sales channels in training course arrangement and responsible for training administration
· Conduct professional training course to ICOE China Team,IBO and sales channels
· Keep tracking of staff training record and assist line managers to develop training plan for individual staff
· Participate and deliver profession input in new product development
· Assist Customer Service Manager,Head Office in policy administration portfolio management by:
· Set up customer service philosophy,guidelines and instruction for insurance business in China
· Provide input for customer service related procedures implementation
· Assist in Call Centre set-up in ICOE China Team
· Assist in customer service team set up for new IBO and comply with regulatory requirement in customer service aspects
· Monitor and cooperate with ICOE China Team & IBO to achieve maximum level of fulfillment of the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
· Assist the drafting and design of policy administration manual,forms,reports and correspondence
· Provide technical support & professional sight to any enquiry and appeal raised by ICOE or IBO,offer solution and alternative
Requirement and qualifications:
· University graduate or above preferably major in insurance,legal or communication
· 5 years or more of customer service or related experience in life insurance,preferably in JV or foreign companies with at least 2 years or above at managerial level
· Solid experience in defining customer service guidelines & policy,process design,branch set-up,training and product development will help
· Organized and analytical thinking,strong verbal and communication skills,commercial and strategic thinking and highly initiative

需求和资格:
· 大学毕业生或在主修保险,合法的或沟通
· 在人寿保险行业有的 5 年或更久的客户服务或相关的经验,在 JV 或外国的公司以至少 2 年或在管理的水平上面
· 在定义客户方面,维修指导方针和政策,程序设计有牢靠的经验提高,训练和产品发展将会帮助
· 组织能力和分析思考的能力,拥有较强的口述和沟通技术,商业和策略的思考
