On 18March I ordered the lastest F4 CDs on your website,which my father kindly paid for me with his credit card.Although in your ads you promise that I could get them the next day,I did not receive anything from you until a week later.When your CDs arrived,it was not the CDs I ordered .
I have sent several e-mails to your Customer Services,but my messages were all returned.I think there is maybe an error in the address you give to customers!I also tried to call your helpline,but the line is always busy.
This is the first time I have used your company and I am very unhappy with the service you’ve offered.Please send me the correct CDs as soon as possible or give me a refund instead.
