Glad to write to you.I am Jenny,an expatriated Chinese.I came to China's mainland for holiday fun.I simply could not stand the stinking sewage when I walked in the street in such hot days.Couple of few cities have the same problem,especially Shanghai.I wonder why the sewage issue is always the least concern while sreet construction is made from one city to another.I want to know why not keep drainage deeper under the streets we walk on?
