8.notwithstanding the content of article 16 of ucp600,in the event that we observe discrepancies in documents we shall provide our notice of refusal in accordance therewith and if we elect to contact the applicant for a waiver ,and receive an acceptable waiver ,we shall effect settlement according to the lc terms and the documents will be released without further notice to you,unless we are in receipt of your instructions to the contrary prior to such release
9.for the purposes of this credit ,'business day means any day that is not a saturday ,sunday or other day on which commercial banks in india are authorized or required by lwa to remain closed and hours of presentation shall be between 9am and 5pm india time on a business day
10.please present documents through your banker presenting bank must certify on its covering letter that drawing amount has been endorsed on the original credit .in such case,original l/c is not required to be enclosed for payment
13.date of manufacture should not be more that three months old at the time of shipment
details of charges 71B:all bank charges outside india are to beneficiary's account
presentation period 48:21 days from the date of bill of lading
instructions 78:on receipt of documents strictly in confirmity with the terms and conditions of the letter of credit, we accept to make payment as per the instructions of the negotiating bank.
we hereby engage with drawers ,endorsers and bonafide holders of drafts under and in compliance with terms of this credit that such drafts shall be duly honoured on prensentation or edlivery of documents as specified above.
