LATE DELIVERY AND PENALTIES:
In case of delayed delivety,except for”Force Majeure”cases according to term 18,the Seller shall pay to the Buyers for every week of delay has been delayed.Any fractional part of a week is to be considered a full week,the penalty shall not exceed 5% of the total value of the commodity incolved in the late delivery.All compensation claims for further damages caused by delay are excluded.
Either the advance payment or the opening of irrevocable L/C stipulated in the contract is delayed due to the Buyer’s reason,the delivery time stipulated in this contract shall be shifted accordingly.

延迟交货及罚款
除了第18款有关不可抗力的规定,如果出现延迟交货卖方需要按迟交星期数向买方支付罚款.不足一周（星期）的按一周（星期）计算,但是罚款金额不得超过迟交货物金额的百分之伍.但不包括因迟交货导致的其他经济损失的索赔以及补偿.
由于买方的原因导致预付款延迟支付或信用证的延迟开立,则交货日期相应延迟.
