There be 句型用is还是are要看紧跟在后面的单词是单数还是复数.后面紧跟的是复数就用are,所以第一题选C；后面紧跟的是单数就用is,不管后面列举多少样东西,所以第二题选is.这就是所谓的就近原则啦.
如果第二题题目换个顺序答案就不一样了.比如there ＿＿ some shells,a football picture and a stanp on her desk . 这时候就用are,因为紧跟there be 后面的是some shells,复数.明白了么?
