我来说一下.简单一点说这里就是考察no sooner.than.这个句型.
他与Hardly.when（before).这个句型都表达"一.就."
但在用法上稍有区别,就Hardly.when.而言只有他在居首时,其后要接主谓倒装句,在句中时则不倒装,如We had hardly started when it began to rain.
No sooner...than后不论在不在句首其后都要谓语倒装.（但no sooner 之后不一定要接had,也可以接过去式如no sooner said than done说了就做,但是一定是no sooner than 的结构,C是错的.
