论文摘要翻译啊摘要]随着经济的不断发展，中小企业在我国经济中的地位和作用己经变得越来越重要。但随之而来中小企业发展所遇到的制约也越来越严重，其中融资难在所有制约因素中显得尤为突出。浙江省是经济大省，同时更是中小企业大省，中小企业已经成为浙江经济发展的生力军。可以说，浙江省就是一个典型的中小企业省，中小企业为浙江省的经济作出了巨大的贡献，在浙江的经济发展中起着举足轻重的作用。本文针对当前国内外经济发展现状，分析、对比国内外对中小企业融资问题研究的成果和实践经验，从浙江中小企业融资的现状出发，分析浙江中小企业融资难问题的成因、特点，并对现有融资措施进行效果分析，最后因地制宜地提出解决浙江中小企业融资问题的建议。 [关键词]中小企业；融资；现状及问题；对策
