With gradually progress in economic reforms of the market system in China,traditional capital management style is unable to cope with the intensifying market competition.It is necessary to push forward an encompassing capital management style.This thesis analyses the problems in current capital management,and provides solutions to these problem.Meanwhile Insights in conducting these solutions is given.
