随着我国金融市场迅速发展,越来越多的公司到证券市场上市融资.上市公司不断增加的同时,投资者希望从财务报告获取更多信息的需求也日益增加.依据2007新会计准则和证监会修订的公开发行证券的公司信息披露准则,我国上市公司财务报告在要求和特点上有一些调整,使财务报告更完善,能够更加有效地反映企业经营状况.但是,上市公司财务报告仍然存在一些问题,如未来预测信息反映不充分,无法衡量对社会做出的贡献价值等.本文浅谈问题的同时提出解决的建议,扩大财务报告的注释信息容量和完善传统的财务报告模式,补充一些新的报告.随着经济和科技的迅猛进步,财务报告也会更加丰富与完善,会计信息的披露也会越来越多样化、通俗化,在不久的将来,将会满足投资者与社会对财务信息的需求.
