【摘 要】随着社会的发展,企业之间的竞争日趋激烈。企业间的竞争不仅仅是国内企业间的竞争,而是更大范围的竞争,竞争的焦点也会集中到品牌上来。品牌延伸作为企业一种重要的战略,在许多国家已被广泛使用。然而,我国企业全面参与市场竞争的时间尚短,以及认识上、体制上、经营水平上等多方面的原因,国内企业界的品牌意识、对品牌营销尚处于探索阶段。本文从我国企业品牌的现状入手,针对我国品牌发展过程中的问题,分析我国企业品牌战略中的不足之处,探究其原因,并给予建议和意见。

Analysis of brand strategy of Chinese enterprises
Abstract
With the development of society, competition has been increasingly heated among enterprises that are not only from domestic, but also from overseas, and the competition focus has been turned to brand competition. Brand extension, as an important business strategy, thus has been widely used in many countries. However, the domestic business community still has been in the exploratory phase of brand awareness and brand marketing, owing to only a short time of Chinese enterprises' comprehensive adoption of participating in market competition, plus for a variety of reasons such as knowledge, system, and management level, etc. In this article, present situation of brands of Chinese enterprises was introduced, and then followed with analysis of disadvantages of enterprises’ brand strategies and examination of causes according to problems during development process of Chinese brands, and also some suggestions were given.
