但有时候只能用to do ,有时候只能用 to be done
比如
the problem is hard to understant 而不能用to be understood

一般情况下to do 是用在主动的地方,
如：I have something to do .
to be done 是用在被动地方.
如：The job to be done is easy.(这里用作the job定语)
但有特殊情况,如the problem is hard to understant .
再如,The job is easy to do.(这里to do 修饰easy )
