我手上没有答案,不过应该是选a和b吧.很多时候六选二的题目有的时候不一定要搞懂句子的意思,只要有一组近义词那么这一对近义词为答案的可能就很高了.
a里的different红宝书里的解释是“缺乏自信的”（我做的时候一开始也很迷茫,因为下面的五个词意思都不一样,而又只记得different我们最常用的那个意思...毕竟是一年前考的东西了）,而b里的unassertive解释是“谦逊的,不武断的”.a和b词义相近,而放入句子又符合逻辑关系.所以选a和b.
而本句的逻辑关系是这样的.spoke up和put aside her reserve词义相同,并与although后面的那个词应该构成逻辑反义,既然spoke up意为无保留的说出,那么although后面的词就应为“有保留的”,即reserve的近义词.而c的意思是“好争论的”,与reserve不构成近义,所以不选c.
