Depression and pressure,are topics that often stay linked in both conversation and media.They can be quite dubious,if one does not know what they have in common.Saying them the other way around actually is less vague.Pressure leads to depression,we cannot deny this fact.Excess amounts of stress can cause pressure,which eventually may lead to depression.Another fact that begins most cases of depression is peer pressure.Peer pressure is a type of pressure,as we all know,where your peers are pressuring you to do something.It can be drugs,tobacco,or stealing.You seem to be forced to do it because everyone around you is,and you know it's not beneficial.Peer pressure often leads to slight or major depression.In some cases,pressure isn't always bad,but it can still cause depression.One example is pressure from an adult or a parent to excel in academics.Pressure is something that eventually everyone will face sometime in their journey of life.Through learning about how pressure can cause depression,and depression can cause suicide,we now know more about how to prevent that from occuring.
