People nowadays need to face various kinds of pressure, ranging from pressure of examinations to pressure from work. Too much pressure will largely and negatively affect people's life. People may have emotional problems such as worry and sadness. They may also force themselves to work for a very long time which may cause harm to their health. How to keep ourselves healthy physically and mentally? This is a general question that concerns many people. In my opinion, there are three simple methods. Firstly, take a rest for ten minutes after every working hour. Secondly, take a walk with colleagues or friends after every meal. You can just talk about whatever you want except anything related to work. Thirdly, increase your efficiency and get your work done within the shortest time.
